About this Event

Summer in the South Film Festival welcomes filmmakers and their amazing films as we say goodbye to summer over Labor Day weekend – in the heart of the South – Atlanta, GA.

This is our first year for Summer in the South and we are excited to start with a bang! We have an entire weekend packed with:

Q&As with the Filmmakers

Stand-up comedy

Industry panels

Actor Networking

Writer Networking and Creative Session

You won’t want to miss this amazing opportunity to see all of the talent Atlanta and the Southeast has to offer in one fun-filled weekend. This event will be taking place in the brand new location for Wild Heaven Beer (free parking!). Craft beer, food and non alcoholic beverages will be available for sale at Wild Heaven.
