The first feature from Fray Forde and Catherine Dee is to premiere this week

Fray Forde and Catherine Dee are premiering their first feature length film, Pop-Pop is Dead, at the Buckhead Theatre on August 29th. The premiere will feature a party with live comedy and music from performers such as Mia Jackson (Last Comic Standing), Jarrod Harris (Comedy Central, Fox, NBC), The High Divers, and more. Comedy is a staple of their community as Forde and Dee are best known for their comedic short Good Hair. They are both writers and actors, who love many aspects of the film process. The feature is about a millennial age interracial couple from Los Angeles who travel to South Carolina for a family funeral. The event will be hosted by Hank Denson, best known for Barbershop 3 and All Eyez on Me.
