Netflix is creating a movie from best-selling novel Nappily Ever After, to be filmed in Atlanta.

The movie stars Sanaa Lathan, Ernie Hudson, and Lynn Whitfield. The original novel is by Trisha R. Thomas, and tells the story of a woman who begins to question her perfect life after an eye opening trip to the hair salon. Haifaa Al-Mansour will direct, and Marc Platt, Tracey Bing, Jared Leboff and Lathan will produce. Executive producers are Benedict Carver, Vincent Cirrincione and Mark Moran. Filming is set to begin this month.
