Get ready for the talent competition at the Atlanta Ultimate Women’s Expo

The Atlanta Ultimate Women’s Expo, at the Afternoon at the Apollo Talent Competition (AATC), will be seeking some of the best homegrown talent in Atlanta June 2-3. The event will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center, and organizers are expecting a great roster of celebrity speakers, including Trina Braxton and Nancy Grace.

The competition will be open to “any vocalists, musicians or dancers ready to showcase their talent and celebrate the arts while providing an inspirational and uplifting event.” AATC is free to enter and the winner will receive a $1,000 prize. Casting directors, managers, talent agents and professionals alike will create a panel to judge entrants’ two-minute performance June 2.

Finalists from that phase of the competition will perform their talents the following day, with the ultimate winner being chosen by the audience. Feel free to participate in picking a winner and enjoying the performances if you do not wish to share your talents. Participants will be given free tickets to have their support teams attend the event.

To enter, artists need to provide the following:

• Email your NAME, PHONE NUMBER, a BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF YOUR TALENT with a PHOTO to [email protected].

• Entries Accepted until 6/1/18.

• Applicants will receive a confirmation email with check-in times and complimentary tickets for their guests to attend and support their respective competitions.

• Artists will perform Sat., June 2 at the Atlanta Ultimate Women’s Expo inside the Georgia World Congress Center.

• Selected finalists will perform on Sun., June 3 at the Atlanta Ultimate Women’s Expo. The winner will be

  selected via audience participation.
