Atlanta Film Society and Kodak present the 100 Feet of Film Project
The 100 Feet of Film Project aims to give filmmakers motivation to produce their work effectively and efficiently. By limiting the ability to reshoot, giving each filmmaker just 100 feet of film, they expect participants to challenge themselves. Those who enter will have about 3 months to film and then will have the chance to use the Kodak film processing lab here in Atlanta to process their stock footage. After the process is over, all filmmakers will have a chance to screen their work at the Plaza Theatre, with two winners coming out victorious overall. Those winners will have the honor of screening their work at the 2019 Atlanta Film Festival. Prizes for the winners of the March screening will also win 4 all access passes to ATLFF 2019, a movie package to the Plaza Theatre that includes free tickets and concessions, film stock for future projects, and Kodak “swag”.
