By Oz Online | Published on May 13, 2024

Gringo Star and Puddles Pity Party will headline the third anniversary of WIgWag Art & Music Festival, happening this Saturday, May 18, 2024 in Avondale, Georgia.

Festival creators, Robert Lee and Mark McDevitt are collaborating with the Globe Arts Center in organizing WigWag, a free festival that celebrates the intersection of music and art.

Lee and McDevitt first got started in Atlanta by founding Methane Studios, which has flourished through the combination of visual art and rock music in their screen-printing endeavors. The studio has become known for its meticulous craftsmanship, spanning from initial sketches to the final printed products.

Having crafted gig posters for notable artists in the genre such as Wilco, The Black Keys, Pavement, The White Stripes, and Patti Smith, the duo has shifted towards creating art that transcends specific band names.
