Release date for Atlanta filmed project The War with Grandpa has been pushed back due to production delays.

The location change from Canada to Georgia has pushed The War With Grandpa release to February, 2018, marking the second rescheduling of the film (originally planning to premiere the film in April, and then October of this year).

The movie stars Robert De Niro alongside Christopher Walken, Uma Thurman, Cheech Marin, Jane Seymour, Faizon Love and Oakes Fegley. Following the story of a boy who must give up his bedroom when his grandpa (De Niro) moves in, the comedy boasts many great stars. The movie is based off the novel from Robert Kimmel Smith, who alongside Lisa Addario, Tom J. Astle, Matt Ember, Dave Johnson and Joe Syracuse, has a writing credit. Tim Hill is the movies director and it is a Dimension Films project.
