The new R-rated comedy from Universal Pictures, The Pact, will be filming in Atlanta.

Filming is set to start in Atlanta on April 5th, though specific information on locations is not yet available. The Pact stars Leslie Mann, Ike Barinholts and John Cena as parents who swear a pact to keep their daughters from losing their virginities on prom night; it is written by Brian and Jim Kehoe, Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg and Eben Russel. The film is directed by Kay Cannon–her directorial debut after writing for Pitch Perfect and producing for 30 Rock. Producers include Evan Goldberg, James Weaver and Seth Rogen under their company Point Grey Pictures.

The Pact revolves around parents who discover that their daughter has a pact to lose her virginity at prom, inspiring them to go on a mission to stop the plan from reaching fruition. Currently, the release date is set for April 20th, 2018.
