The Atlanta Jewish Film Festival Returns This February
By Oz Online | Published on February 23, 2024

Explore the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival (AJFF) through communal stories and connections in one of the nation’s top film industries. From February 13 – February 26, 2024, immerse yourself in two straight weeks of in-person screenings, followed by 10 days of online streaming options from February 27 – March 7.

This year’s event will take place at five unique locations across the metro-area – the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center, the Tara Theatre, the Plaza Theatre in Midtown, GTC Merchants Walk, and Springs Cinema & Taphouse. In addition to the screenings, attendees can join Q&A sessions hosted by industry leaders in film.

The 2024 lineup will present 48 feature films and fifteen shorts, hailing from twenty different countries. These showings will encompass three World Premieres, six North American Premieres, two U.S. Premieres, and thirteen Southeast Premieres. Of these, 31 films are available in-theater only, while a collection of seventeen features and fifteen shorts can be enjoyed by streaming through Virtual Cinema, allowing those who cannot attend in person to enjoy the festival too.

The festival jury will select winners from six unique categories: Narrative Feature, Documentary Feature, Short Film, Emerging Filmmaker, Building Bridges, and Human Rights.

Tickets go on-sale for AJFF members on January 17. Non-members can purchase their tickets two weeks later, on February 1.
