Project Almanac, which was filmed in 2013 and was originally planned for an early 2014 release, will be released this Friday in theatres. The movie follows a group of teenagers who discover plans for a time machine and succeed in making one. At first, the time machine was made to undo past mistakes, but the group soon realizes that changing the past has consequences for the future.
Project Almanac was filmed in Atlanta, Georgia back in June 2013 and was directed by Dean Israelite in his first feature film. The movie has had three different titles: Welcome to Yesterday, Almanac, and finally, Project Almanac. In the film Teenage Mutanta Ninja Turtles, you can see a poster for Project Almanac because both movies were produced by Michael Bay.
