Nine buildings, which were bought during the recession out of foreclosure, have been renovated and are ready for use. The property is holding tours everyday at 2pm for possible buyers. The listing states that three movies have “just signed up to film in Grantville [with] two very well known actors will be starring in the roles.” The listing also contains a city history, dating back to 1828.
