The hit film “Blended” starring Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore was filmed in Georgia. This marks the third comedy collaboration between Sandler and Barrymore, following “50 First Dates” and “The Wedding Singer.” The two play single parents who go on a horrible blind date with each other, but both families end up signing up for a family vacation at an African safari resort.

The production crew filmed in both South Africa and Georgia. Georgia doubled as Africa for a few scenes. The director and producers discussed how great it was to film in Georgia and how true “Southern Hospitality” is.

The film is in theaters now.
