The Limelight Theater will host the 21st Annual Atlanta Underground Film Festival from August 16 to 18, 2024.

The AUFF highlights and supports artists who operate independently, producing DIY, grass-roots films that push the limits of traditional cinema. The festival provides a platform for these talented creatives, offering them a voice in a market often dominated by the expectations of mainstream media. 

While the typical film festival experience is very routine, the AUFF offers a more relaxed setting where both filmmakers and fans are encouraged to connect and collaborate with less of a direct focus on the screenings.
