The 40th annual Cineposium conference organized by the Association of Film Commissioners International (AFCI) is now accepting volunteers for its three-day event.

Hosted by Oz Publishing, Inc. and sponsor company, Barnes & Thornburg, LLP, the Cineposium will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, September 22-24, 2016. Contact Tia Powell for more information: [email protected]

Building Your Business is the focus for this year’s conference where attention will be given to Infrastructure – how to build it, maintain it and manage crew development to meet its needs. As a global production hub, Atlanta’s production infrastructure serves as a model that will be examined and highlighted at Cineposium 2016.

Designed exclusively for film commissioners, Cineposium provides an opportunity for directed education and training in addition to face-to-face access to industry leaders. Each year attendees from more than 30 countries attend the three-day film industry summit.

Industry professionals and government leaders interested in learning more about BUILDING the business of TV and film production infrastructure in their respective markets are invited to attend. Cineposium 2016 program sessions and activities will take place between the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta, Emory University’s Michael C. Carlos Museum (Atlanta) and the Senoia United Methodist Church (Senoia, GA) over the course of the three-day conference.
