The Atlanta Jewish Film Festival 2019 submission information is now available

The Atlanta Jewish Film Festival is planning for another great year of film celebration in 2019, and submissions are now open. Known as both the largest film festival in Atlanta, and a pinnacle of jewish film worldwide, this event hopes to inspire and entertain many. The AJFF expects about 40,000 people a year to come enjoy their selection of independent and international films. They always have a diverse arsenal of “outstanding narrative and documentary works that broadly explore universal themes of identity, history and culture, as well as life in the State of Israel.” This event is not only for people of the Jewish faith, but all types of people open to new social and cultural understanding.

Not only will there be a jury panel of experts awarding prizes across six categories, but a few audience selected awards will be given as well, inviting additional audience participation into the event. Submit your work to the AJFF to become a part of this great event and become eligible for their prestigious awards. To enter, your piece must be in English or have subtitles, and be related in some way to the Jewish experience or life in Israel. Preference will be given to works that have not been presented to the Atlanta market before, but all films are considered.
